Please note that while we make every effort to keep our inventory up to date, there may be instances where a product you order is unavailable. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to offer alternative options, including a replacement or a full refund. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause

 

We will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 48 hours of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging and in unused condition within 14 days of initiating the return request. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please also note that we only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain a credit note, which must be used within 3 months of issue. 

 

1.All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact

2.We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Wow Vastra website.

3.The exchange policy allows for only size exchanges. But we still recommend you to go through the size chart before placing the order.

4.You have to self-ship for your return/exchange, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. They must be sent by “signed for” post only. 

 

1.If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return.

2.A product is not considered ‘faulty’ if there is a slight colour variation between the image on the website and the actual product. The image colour may vary due to digital photography and light adjustment.

3.Returns or exchanges would not be accepted for any customized items altered as per body measurements. Please note, the outfit may be intentionally tailored with one inch ease for a comfortable fit.

4.Returns or exchanges would not be accepted for any plus size(4xl and above) products since these products are made on order.

5.Kindly note that any items received through free offers or giveaways are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

6.Returns or exchanges would not be accepted for orders from outside UK. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders placed from outside the UK

 

Send an email to wowvastra@gmail.com  within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will reply with the instructions and return shipping address to which you need to send back the product.
